<div id="subtitle">Foster Wheeler shuffles executives, names new CEO effective June 1</div><div><p>Switzerland-based engineering and construction firm Foster Wheeler AG said Thursday its board has made changes to the company's senior leadership team.</p><p>Robert C. Flexon will become CEO on June 1, replacing Raymond J. Milchovich, who will remain with the company and serve as non-executive chairman of the board and consultant to the company through October 2011.</p><p>Umberto della Sala, president and chief operating officer of Foster Wheeler, plans to stay with the company through 2013.</p><p>The company is moving its operating headquarters from New Jersey to Geneva.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=65603155&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
